Management Assistant to the Board

If you love to work in the area between Bern, Zurich and Basel, in a team that is crazy enough to start something completely new every other day, is creative and relaxed and happy to be in Switzerland, here is your job! These will be your responsibilities with accountability remaining with the board:

  • Support the execution of strategy for each of the Technology Lines
  • Manage and coordinate detailed commercial deal negotiations with vendors, partners and customers
  • Provide Technology Account Lines with clear information on vendor capabilities, go-to-market approaches, support in deal negotiation strategies and contract execution
  • Ensure clean transition from pre-contract phases of deal negotiation into business as usual
  • Identify, address and improve current sourcing processes, templates and tools
  • Observe and control the end-to-end lifecycle process of Contract Change including optimization
  • Timely problem resolution
  • Manage facilities and support administrative workloads


We do not place importance on certificates, degrees or school certs. What we do value is your engagement, your dedication and optimism in supporting our strategy.  English desired, German French or Italian a bonus. Russian/Ukrainian language a distinguishing factor.
